This trivial detail (I liken it to whether VAT should be 25% or 19% and whether we should drive on the right or left) in our country is unimportant; we'll survive anyway. It's the expensive changeover I am against. And the stupid attitude that our judicial system will be better OUT of the ECHR.

But my main reason to dislike it is that I think it disguises an unpleasant racism in many UK citizens and reflects our love of simple solutions for complex problems whilst also showing that our society very much believes UK First; others second. Humanity should start thinking and behaving as though being human is more important than being British.

But this is exactly why I would prefer to have not joined.
I think it is inherently racist and exploitative.
