Stay in bed, lots of liquids, paracetamol, be warm.

But media needs copy. Ditto Caroline Flack. Sadly dozens commit suicide every week. Why the acres of newsprint on Flack? Because she was a pretty girl, that's why. News coverage loves photos of lovely women.
