I really loved both (the brilliant +1 enables three hours watching). The sub plots and writing in Last Tango are super with some truly excellent writing (the "gay" story last night looks like turning into a False Allegations thread) to fit the fabulous cast - some of our best actors. And the new ITV series is blessed by Jason Watkins (a national treasure since his superb Christopher Jefferies). Likewise some great writing. That is my current rave; our scripts are really good.

As opposed to the last (please) Dr Who; terrible writing; packed with cliches.
