No, we don't forgive you for supporting the man. Rather than clodhop your way over so many graves with that stupid smirk on your face, maybe you should take a bit of time out to think of what that shit of man actually did, and said, and laughed as he said it. Then compose a word or two of apology to the people of Liverpool. And then shut the fuck up.

'During the Hillsborough thing'. What a charmer you are. You dislike miscarriages of justice? You want people to recognise your own miscarriage of justice? Then show a bit of sensitivity about other ones. Otherwise they might well disbelieve the truth, and giggle their way through the lies, much as you seem to be doing.

If a tragedy happens and Jonathan King doesn't care about it, does it matter? Apparently not. The media can be vile so long as it doesn't affect him and his friends. Kelvin MacKenzie, what a contemptible person to 'celebrate'.

I think that was what The Sun wanted to imply but never dared to. And Honey - yes, absolutely, the inevitable inflation and exaggeration by media to get a "better story" has always gone on; exactly what we are seeing today; that is my point. The police lie; their lies are embellished to make a good story. Covid19 is lethal to a few; the danger is embellished to make a better story. That is the creature. Like the Scorpion and the Frog.

Did the plod tell the Sun different things to what they told other newspapers?
Also with regards to comparable deaths from flu in 2017. Deaths were higher then because we weren't under lockdown or practising social distancing. There are estimates that deaths from covid could be as much as 400,000 without the lockdown, which would have massive effects on 1000s of families, not to mention the economy, taking 1000s out of the work force.
Re:Day22 - media, deaths and Elton. 5 Years, 4 Months ago
No Robbie; Plod told the same story; the Sun simply inflated it into Front Page news rather than p2 news.
Did Lockdown limit deaths? It's possible; we don't yet know. Sweden, without lockdown, sees deaths reach 1000. Not a lot. Other Scandinavian countries - even fewer. Might more intelligent concentration of social distancing, protection & treatment have cut deaths much further? I suspect so. Dozens of ventilators in care homes instead of the stupid Nightingale places would have been far wiser, I suspect.
