NHS - not so good... 5 Years, 3 Months ago  
Evidence is now emerging that elderly patients were released from hospitals - back to their care homes.

Knowing that they had coronavirus - and without informing the care home management of the infection.

If such malpractice is proven, lawsuits will soon be common - from beleaguered care homes, and families.

They should have had proper equipment, of course, but the cross contamination rules are the same for all residents, covid carriers or not, so maybe the lawsuits will be aimed at the carers too?

I find all the suing a bit unpleasant.
