* Don't be obese. Fat people die early.
* Don't smoke. Smoking kills.
* Don't stay slumped in your house watching TV; joints seizing up; muscles wasting.
* Don't eat junk food and sugar.
* Force the NHS to have ventilators ready in hospitals, care homes, hospices.
* Dump the current Government.
* Dump Brexit.
* Kill the False Allegations Industry where people profit from lying.

It is not actually true about fat people dying early, you know.
Unless it is extreme, a little bit of fat is protective when we get older.

Oh, and last week smoking protected you from coronavirus. I am not sure about this week.

Sensible comments jk,

I believe in the benefits of going for a good walk each day (so long as the weather is ok)
Also being out in the great outdoors lifts ones spirits too..

I would recommend going out whatever the weather is doing and learn to enjoy it, otherwise you can be stuck in for a long time in winter.
Hooray for sheepskin!

NYC couldn't exist without Central Park's fresh and healthy air - the 18,000 trees reduce carbon dioxide levels dramatically.

Flora and fauna; mammals; fish; invertebrates; turtles; birds - thousands of species in 850 acres, including Strawberry Fields.

40 million people visit the park every year - and it plays an integral part in the lives of all who live in NYC. However, London has so many to choose from.

Remember the song “We Do It” by R & J Stone

I watched the video of it last night and they’re outside in the snow
and I thought to myself.... aren’t they cold....

But they’re rugged up nice and warm I guess...

I think NYC officials are still planting trees. Unless Andrew Cuomo is doing more fiddles like his father was. Both are small time gangsters.
