I was reading an article about endometriosis in The Telegraph and came across this line..
"One in 10 women and other people with a uterus of reproductive age have the disease."
Even those who truly believe that a magical change happens when women declare themselves to be men, cant really need reminding that biology stays the same?
If something is so obvious that it goes without saying, why do we have to keep saying it?
Or do we?
Other instances where there are exceptions dont seem to be given the same attention to detail.
"No parking" signs don't say "No parking unless you are disabled and your badge covers you to park here".
It is taken for granted.
And signs in supermarkets say "masks must be worn" instead of "Masks must be worn unless you are under eleven years old or if you have breathing difficulties, sensory issues, mental impairment, ptsd, TN, or claustrophobia".
It is taken for granted.
They dont mention that some "people" have more than one uterus. What if
they are offended?
