I hate to say it, being opposed to most of Trump's policies, but I really like the fact that he is simply not prepared to obey the standard, media created rules of behaviour and conduct. What's more I bet the silent majority do too and, despite, like me, hating stupid policies like "the wall", they may well quietly vote for him in November whilst telling pollsters they will be voting for Biden.

I can't stand either of them. Trump was right to call on Biden on Antifa, riot's and arson in Oregon etc. I noticed Biden took notes with him when it was over; which is not allowed in debates.

Forest fires can be caused by carelessness, arson, cars backfiring on dry land.

Biden has no business sense; you can get tax relief if you're growing or expanding. If there's no profit there is nothing to tax.

Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos have very clever tax lawyers and accountants. It might be immoral but it's not illegal. Starbucks have gotten away with tax for years - doesn't stop the hipsters and Che Guevara T shirt clad twits drinking in the coffee shops.

I couldn't give a flying fuck about who pays how much and little tax.

I have a friend who always says the same when question questioned who they vote for he always answers "Democrat" he doesn't even vote.

The biggest problem will be if he loses. He is an immature, sociopathic narcissist. The guy couldn't bear to be seen to lose a game of cards, let alone the presidency....

Certainly towards the conclusion of the 'debate', virtually every Trump statement was either inaccurate or a lie.

These were not one-off slips but regurgitations of previous false allegations, which had been fact checked as such.

But US politics is different and barely credible assertions, to make a broader point, are deemed acceptable by the American people who only look at the big picture.

As a result, Trump will be reelected. His bluster appeals (with his contempt for niceties) and his opponent wouldn't be far off 90, if he was elected and served a second term.

You think it's admirable to constantly interrupt and talk over one's opponent? Seems pretty oafish to me.

If I was voting, Trump would not get my vote but I'd be disappointed the Democrats weren't able to field a less feeble-seeming candidate. I suspect Trump will win and may just get votes from some people because he seems to have the necessary energy.
