Saved by Covid19 (postponing) he's now seen off his replacement candidate. He knows how to fight local politics (he was on the Surrey County Council for decades). Following Surrey Conservatives' fight to dump him as SurreyPCC; their chosen candidate, selected after details about Munro's failures seen by local Councillors, has quit. She cites "internal battles". Let's hope they now select someone with more guts to beat Munro (probably standing as an independent) this May.
