Because of the sensationalism, our politicians will never be in a position to do the sensible (it makes economic sense) and humane thing and, once we have vaccinated our vulnerable, make our supplies available to the vulnerable in poorer countries before we move on to the likes of me.

Can't even have the conversation after you have made everyone think they are about to die.
