TOPIC: Half Whitty
#206078
Half Whitty 4 Years, 5 Months ago
Half Whitty added "there will be a “natural fire break” in the form of the Easter holidays from 29 March which could mitigate the impact reopening schools has on infections, while also pointing to the wider use of testing and masks in schools".

But I thought the only danger of kids returning to school was that they may get infected (asymptomatic) so when the two weeks of holiday comes around and they rush off to embrace GrandDad and GrandMa they will give them this Killer Plague so we'll see thousands of old people die?

Yes I know - it's all bollocks and half whitted bollocks at that, but what on earth is he thinking? Are we all too stupid to spot the mistake?

I think people are too exhausted and beaten into submission to spot that we went through the looking glass some time last year.

Whitty's world only "works" on a spreadsheet; but bullshit SAGE spin as Empires they build...

And the "natural firebreak" means that they wont be able to assess the dangers after four weeks, like they said.

Why are children required to wear masks all day
in the supposedly safe school?

I am very sure that if I had muzzled my children they would have been whisked off to a place of safety.
What the hell are they thinking?

I'm certain more and more people are "coming around". A few weeks ago I got a call from a top journalist who said his Editor, at Conference, had told the team "Jonathan King appears to be spot on". That is NOT the bonkers conspiracy theorists ("all a hoax; great reset") nor the gullibles ("it's a killer plague") which Governments seem to believe. There are so many facts and figures now showing this is, indeed, a trivial virus for the vast majority. Now, I think, about 99% of those who catch it. But the 1% is SO much a better story. Journalists are trained to exaggerate. The public are trained to believe them (whilst pretending they don't).

How are we supposed to meet one person for a picnic or coffee outside when we are simultaneously banned from non essential travel and required to "stay at home"?

Are they even trying to make sense?

Really good to hear; let's hope the Editor does something about it!

It's more like flu every day. A similar death rate to flu (now there's a vaccine). Tick. End of season collapse of infections. Tick. Something seems to be annoying people. Could it be that we're not treating it like flu?

I think they are kindly letting us leave the house for non essential purposes at the end March Honey so you can meet your one person, but that one person won't be allowed to enter your home until May
Don't look for logic: religion can't be explained by logic and reason; you must take it on faith

Yes but it's not annoying enough people yet!!

We now have Boris getting all ultra cautious at completely the wrong point in this pandemic, and subjecting us to weeks of needless bollocks because he is jumpy and back covering.

We have 1. Most deaths per head in the world 2. Worst economic outlook in the world and 3. Have now suffered the most time under lockdowns and restrictions in the world.

We have suffered the worst of all possible worlds and responses to this virus.

Why aren't more people more angry?

Maybe the vaccines chemically lobotomise people to stop them realising what has happened!
