Must say not only efficient but what nice people the nurses and volunteers are. It really renews ones faith in humanity. No matter how barmy the tiny minority may be, most people are fantastic. I love human beings; I just hate some of the stupid things they do (mainly promoted by media catering to the worst in our natures). I'm with Prince Harry. Not physically, of course, and I have no idea if I would like the couple though I suspect I would (generally I think I'd like most of the Royal Family, particularly Philip and Anne).
