Accounting and accountability 4 Years, 5 Months ago
The money we have is endless isn't it...

www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-56227339

Just not to house the homeless who are being thrown back onto the streets as the sun starts to prevail; or to give more money to careworkers.

Don't try and kick the effects of your Covid panic politics down the road so you can get elected again, by flashing the cash every time the moment comes to take responsibility for your stupidity inches nearer.

It's surprising that you feel businesses shouldn't be helped - and think reelection is the rationale.

Your suggested revitalisation policies would be interesting to hear. So easy to condemn every effort.

All could be prevented if it wasn't due to the draconian rules.

Never got why the high street were closed when we go to supermarkets, Greggs, and Costa. Even high street markets were open the other day and people were pushing each as normal to get their bargain apples, handbags, clothes and bananas.

I have a lots of bags of legit and official designer clothes (from my travels) in which I can't to donate to cancer charities.

People keep saying the same thing about high street - get rid off expensive parking fees and end lockdown of course.

Laschet the many businesses and jobs being kept artificially alive are on a ventilation machine; not in a queue for rehabilitation.

We are just delaying the moment.

Have you no conception of the magnitude of the economic damage the lockdown policy you support has wrought...?

I found a charity shop that was open yesterday. It has got round the rules because there is foodbank upstairs.
Marks and Spencer's have got a clothes shop upstairs, so why don't they open it?

And my best revitalisation policy for saving what can be saved? Lift the lockdown. Now. It's not complicated and easy to do.

I even have some graphs and things I can appear with at Downing Street tomorrow evening to support Boris if he doesn't feel quite up to doing it on his own.

GM, too, has offered to man the other flanking podium and show his specially adapted pictures of Matt Hancock to the sound track of that JK "knickers in the air" song....

I am now tempted to get a Matt Hancock mask from eBay and go to the lingerie department in M&S and sing that annoying song.

A few shops now are opening up again because they have now decided to sell takeaway coffee and milkshakes; you can still buy items also.

M&S near me only have the ground floor open where you can buy ladies clothes and lingerie before you get to the their little supermarket which I enjoy. However I can't buy clothes because the blokes section is closed off however women can get a whole new whole wardrobe. (How is that not classed as sexist ?) I am not in to cross dressing ( was told numerous times that M&S knickers are comfy) sorry Wyot and Honey but NO.

I can't wait for the charity shops to open properly to both buy and donate.

You need to come to my Marks and Spencer's, because we have got the opposite. On the way to the food section we have got mostly men's clothing that they have dragged downstairs, having moved the children's clothes upstairs and out of bounds, despite them needing uniforms and outgrowing stuff.

The seamless shorts type pants they do would be comfy for both sexes. A bit of cloth has no gender, so wear whatever you like.
