It's just crazy, these sitcoms aren't even racist.
Take Love Thy Neighbour it was laughing at racism and the white man was the butt of the joke.
Hardly racist.
A lot of these supposedly offensive jokes used in old sitcoms were hardly meant as racist at the time.
Just people trying to create trouble.
They're even dredging up old clips on Tik Tok and the media are making a story like the unearthing
of the Pop Idol clip where the judges disagreed about Michelle McManus.
Well they were right she wasn't a pop star. Big flop.
Nothing to do with her size anyway.
I forgot all about her.
She is a mediocre singer and awful presenter. Mamma Cass was big and sold millions, Adele was big but no one cared about her appearance just the songs and voice just look her album sales.
I was in the supermarket when
21 was launched staff couldn't get them quick enough. It reminded when I was in Wal-Mart a few years ago and they had load Trace Adkins latest album - people were loading up their CD players in the trucks and cars before they left the car park.
I remember reading in a paper that Michelle McManus was moaning that they couldn't make a doll out of her because of her size; no love you were unmarketable from the beginning. Did she even go on tour or was it forgotten like
Liberty X last album ?
