Only it isn't, because the high infection rate stretches down the coast as far as Bootle and includes one of the most deprived areas in the whole country!
The difference is that there are virtually no black people, Pakistani people, Indian people or any other group of people who don't want the vaccine (as is their right) so there is an extremely high take up, and also an older population.
We could SEE that the vaccine was working against "Indian variant".
Why not just say why, instead of making out the other places are poorer?
