Since little car has been stranded near Cannes for months, and when I came out in March had a seriously flat battery (despite having a battery isolator), this trip, after a further 2 months, I decided to buy one of those new fangled battery starter chargers. It stores electricity via your laptop online! And worked absolutely brilliantly. The battery was, again, flat as a pancake. Linked up the tiny pack (slightly larger than a cigarette pack) and BOOM - started instantly. Brilliant!

I am very pleased but haven't a clue what you mean about it storing electricity online.

You charge it up overnight leaving it plugged in to your laptop.

Exactly; that's why I was so surprised and delighted.
