Ginger, lemon with herbs & spices - just add sparkling water; really refreshing.

I didnt know ginger & lemon juice had a proper name.
Is it gin as in jinx or gin as in gimp?

Would you please humour me and try to identify the "secret herbs and spices" when you have got time, Mr King?

When I make it I usually just add whatever is to hand. Sometimes bay and juniper, turmeric and mint, or honey and fig.

It's a real (and very expensive) drink mix Honey - Google it!

Yes, I did, which is how I found out that they don't disclose the herbs and spices, which I imagine must be the thing that makes it special, and I cant find anybody who has identified them.
I will have to get a small bottle to try.

When I make "it" fresh, I prefer it with lime. A tiny pinch of mixed spice is good under the main flavour too. I have been making it my whole life and never gave it a thought, but people do seem to go wild for it.

Banana water is good too.

Ah last night I added a splash of lime cordial to my Gimber and Tonic and it was delicious!
