Andrew Marr and his man-covid. 4 Years, 1 Month ago  
He might be being a little stupid.

He says he had "nasty" covid last week despite his double jabs. If so, he has made a truly miraculous recovery, and it doesn't sound like any "nasty" covid I have heard of.

In fact, it sounds like the common cold. Nobody ever said that the vaccinations stop you catching or passing it on, just that it would be mild or symptomless.

The most likely explanation is that he tested positive for symptomless covid and caught a cold at the same time.

He said he couldn't smell aftershave or coffee for a day or two; poor little sausage...Because of the hype people mistake Covid happening to them as somehow a dramatic event, when for the vast majority it is a niggle...

You have to remember he had a massive strike, now people have had strokes some tend to their sense of smell compromised.

He had TWO NEGATIVE tests while he had symptoms. You would expect them to positive in someone with an active infection.

He tested positive later.
I think his illness was probably a cold.

Shame. I love everybody else wearing masks. I can pretend to not recognise people I know so I don't have to talk to them.
