I intend to celebrate the opening Swimming races at the Olympics by spending several hours swimming breast stroke in the pool built for the 1972 Olympics. For me, breast stroke is great for the heart, lungs, joints, muscles and brain without putting strain on any part (unlike crawl or backstroke which I think twists shoulder joints in the wrong directions).
