Clothes shopping 4 Years ago
Mumsnet is just another Internet cesspit. Most blokes are dragged in to clothes shops by their wife's or girlfriend's.

My partner likes my opinion on garments so when she wants to go shopping. The car keys or my wallet are forced in the palm of my hands.

When we enter a shop we walk around and I am carrying the basket has she throws clothes in it like she's Michael Jordan in his prime. After the basket is full to the top, she finally takes it takes and enters thr changing rooms.

Now what the person on mumsnet failed to mention that a lot of the chairs we blokes sit on, whilst our partners try on everything in the shop.

Is that the chairs are mostly in the lingerie department and we no can look in the room and are usually guarded.

My partner has spent 2 hours in the changing room and ended up buying the first 2 dresses she tried on.

The woman also failed to mention that us men just want to leave as soon as we enter clothes shops, but we don't like be being nagged at on the way home.

I watch YouTube video like Mark Dice, Tatum Report and Voice of Reason whilst she enter the changing room.

No man cares about the other customers just how long will she'll be and how much its going to cost.

Hilarious GM. Owning testicles in itself now ruins any presumption of innocence! We have all been there GM; sat on those chairs. I'd love to see a video of you trailing "Mrs GM" around a dept store. But 2 hrs to try on clothes - you need a medal! Also for being a source of positive sartorial advice for Mrs GM. My wife's regard for my style sense is such that if I say I like something she will put it back on the rack so she can "think a bit more..." I will then be taken off to the cafe to have a cup of tea to "get my energy" up for round two of shopping...

It depends on the shop, Greenman. Marks and Spencer actually encourage perverts in to do unspeakable things in cubicles or to hang around waiting for their wives (or basketball players )

As far as I am concerned, women's changing rooms are a penis-free zone. If you have got one, go to your own changing room.
If you are a husband, stay in the seated area just outside and let your wife come out for a prance.

It was apparently Nursie from Blackadder...

... who said this:

Out you popped, out of your mummies tumpkin and everyone shouted : “It’s a boy, it’s a boy!”. And somebody said “but it hasn’t got a winkle!”. And then I said “A boy without a winkle? God be praised, it is a miracle. A boy without a winkle!” And then Sir Thomas More pointed out that a boy without a winkle is a girl. And everyone was really disappointed.

It is a shame we don't see Perry now, but at least we still have Kevin the teenager in the form of Prince Harry.

If see a man looking down, carrying more bags than a donkey in India it's me.

You forgot to mention the fun game called Count The Floor and Ceiling Tiles.
