Can someone explain? 4 Years ago  
Puerto Rico which just won its second gold is a country? Isn't it part of the USA? And I cannot understand why San Marino seems to be a country whereas it is obviously just a part of Italy. Bearing this in mind, can we not declare LONDON a separate country to England? We did, after all, vote REMAIN in the EU during the Brexit referendum.
