Australia is now the leading example of why you should never surrender freedom to authority unquestioningly and if it was a person you would have to say it has gone insane. The threat isn't proportionate to this - nowhere near and never has been.

I am surprised how soft the Aussie's are. They speak big, flex their muscles but when it comes to a fight they back down. Absolute cowards.

They gave up their freedoms without butting an eyelid.

Sadly it's not an Aussie problem. It illustrates the power of the media. Everywhere. Even in heavily censored countries.

So it's not the dodgy or totalitarianism world leaders fault either?

I don't think the leaders want or are intending long term to be totalitarian; the tragedy of the Covid hype and hysteria is that they feel they have to act in this way to be seen to be doing everything they can to "protect" their people.

It all stems back to the original category error of believing the media portrayal of a deadly plague. The trouble is it is a dangerous game: authorities will get used to having such powers and inevitably widen their application.

Unfortunately, so many people have got Covid wrong that it is proving easy for the virus of state intervention in our lives to spread.

So many have got Covid wrong but no one is willing to admit it !

I wouldn't be surprised if they are practising Agenda 30 already in Oz. The population just gave in, no protesters or rallies.

There have been some protests & rallies GM but like here I suspect the majority of Aussies have been scared into believing it is all necessary...

They have now started shooting dogs in Aus. People were coming to collect the dogs and people can carry Covid so to stop them coming they shot the dogs...

The protests look like a children's tea party. Nothing like the LA in the early 90's.

I am speechless about them culling dogs but humans are stupid animals.

What has it got to do with Bill Gates anyway?

Common misunderstanding/misrepresentation of a TED talk Gates gave in 2010. He had been studying the overwhelming data that links mortality rates to the number of children people have.

Higher mortality rate equals more children. Gates has pushed vaccines because they increase human life spans, and in 3rd world countries, for various reasons, this decreases the higher number of children those in poverty have, thus reducing the population.

Also ask yourself GM would a man as super- smart as Gates say, in public, even if he did believe it: "let's use vaccines to kill people off and reduce the population..."

If you wanted to depopulate the world there must be simpler ways to do it?

Also, why does everyone assume that Bill Gates is "super smart"?

Being successful in one area, or having a high IQ doesn't make you an expert in absolutely everything.

Nope it doesn't; but I only said he was smart - not all knowing. Same IQ as Einstein I've read (so it must be true!).
