I see the False Allegations Industry is back in gear now Covid is out of the way; just remember; someone is innocent unless or until (and sometimes even after) being found Guilty in a court of law.

Including the accusers you call false. I am happy to assume innocence all round until we know for sure.

Covid is not out of the way. Aussie and Kiwi governments are doing their best to keep their citizens under house arrest. Some parts of USA are moving the goalposts again.

If the False Accusers get charged I shall, then, assume them innocent too Honey but, as yet, their lies are only in the media and to police. I agree they should be called Complainants and remain anonymous like their victim but until that happens I shall continue to presume the innocence of the victim and describe the False Accusers as that.

let's not forget it was the current Labour Party leader who as DPP overturned one of the most precious legal safeguards of "innocent unless or until proved guilty in a court of law" by stating "believe the victim" without even saying "claimant".

and sadly history has shown, many convicted turn out to be innocent.

And let's not forget..Jimmy Savile "convicted" in the Court of Public Opinion despite claims never being investigated

Anonymity would be best , because it would protect the privacy of the complainants as well as the accused, would encourage "true" victims to come forward if they knew their their identity would not be speculated about or hinted at in newspapers, and would go a long way to stop the chain reaction of opportunistic gold diggers and attention-needers.

It wouldn't stop criminal police interference though, sadly.
