Whichever party or individual one supports or dislikes, it is SOOO stupid for anybody to say "You've broken your manifesto promise" when the answer is clearly "That was made before a global pandemic". Quite apart from the fact it WASN'T a pandemic but a PANICdemic caused by the media, the fact is that governments globally now needs to raise billions in order to pay for the mess.
