can anyone suggest answers to the following questions :

1. A man is murdered by 7 people on the Tube - his work aquaintances organise a cover up and his boss claims no knowledge of anything.
Not a single charge is bought and no one takes any blame.......

2. A Rock Star views child porn and is given a Caution.

3. A Man who writes satire AGAINST the Blair Government views child porn and is put in Prison without bail and has false allegations made against him anononmously.

4. I also believe most of those found out by Operation Ore have been offered Cautions.

The pattern that has emerged for me over the last 10 years is a Police force driven by a Government stamping on the opposition.

By the law of averages a "Pro New Labour" high profile person should have been convicted through Operation Ore. Can anyone name such a person........ ??

I accept that making an actual judgement is hard but it seems very clear that the Courts are operating on very dodgy ground regarding all this "child porn - sex abuse" stuff.

It is quite clear that when put in front of a jury most "offenders" are aquitted unless they are famous. It is also true that if someone is famous and against New Labour they will handed charges and sentences far in excess of those who support New Labour.

It is far from "quite clear".

We only hear about the "celebrity trials" on national media. Without some idea of the actual acquittal figures there's no more to be said by me.

Without being absolutely specific my understanding from the early work of Ore is that there were a couple of politicos and one in the House of Lords caught in the trawl but were never processed.

Acquittals over criminal processes to do with child porn would be rare as the evidence is usually hard to overcome and if you got busted you'd need your wits about you to come up with a plausible or truthful defence such as:

- Someone used my credit card
- The computer is shared, go interview these people
- It must have been computer viruses
- My online user identity has been stolen

There are probably more but I have seen these as actual cases.

On the wider issue politicians will use control tactics to maintain power, they will indulge themselves and their sexual peccadilloes while in power, and they may well use sex based smears against those they do not like whether they be true or not.

What is also true is that while the UK tabloid media are a disgusting boil on the bum of humanity they know far more than they publish. Naturally they file it and use it as appropriate but there is plenty they do not say. In JK's own fall i saw a few mentions of how his 'leanings' were known inside the House of Murdoch when he took their silver.
