I was quite surprised to hear that Langham had been remanded in custody until September the 14th. I though he may well have been released on conditional bail until sentencing. Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

I suspect that since everybody knew he would be found guilty of the child porn charges (he admitted it) and would therefore inevitably get custodial (18 months to 3 years I'd guess), all concerned felt he'd be better off getting it started (remand period will be time served).
