Transmission has become synonymous with death. It never was & certainly isn't now. The way the world is reacting to Omicron scares me. Why aren't we lighting candles of celebration (and rememberance for the dead) across the world tonight? Omicron becoming the dominant strain is wonderful news for humanity. The more that contract it, the quicker the better for us all. Not an opinion. Scientific FACT.

Many, including the World Health Organisation, would disagree that this new virus is 'wonderful news'

Omicron appears to have a 'spectacular ability' to reinfect those who have already had covid, as well as others
