I suppose we can expect a huge expensive investigation now into whether staff in hospitals have "quiet rooms" where they can gather and relax - even sleep - together in between shifts and if more than two people met in there at the same time (or even shared a brief birthday cake) during lockdowns - should that be considered criminal behaviour and should police waste time investigating old claims regarding social meetings or parties in the workplace?
Cressida Dick (who I think seems like a decent cop) expresses it perfectly. Bollocks.

If I were Boris (God forbid) I'd be delighted that his opposition has shot themselves in the foot by delaying the Sue Grey inquiry so the Met Police can investigate (at great length) these stupid parking fines allegations which the public are getting as fed up about as they now are about Brexit, Covid, Andrew, Meghan etc.
Weeks, months will pass, whatever the ultimate decisions (BORED now) we'll have moved on to the next "drama" which gets inflated by media to create "a good story".
