Another reflection on Covid, media and hypocrisy this morning:

We keep hearing about the - genuinely moving - stories of people denied time with their dying loved ones last year. And they are angry - as is the media pretending to be - at politicians breaking their own laws.

Not at the laws themselves.

They are angry at the politicians eating birthday cake; not about them having prevented them being with their dying mum in the first pace.

Astonishing.
