Some would say it was a false accusation that killed her, but we will never know.

Yes I suspect there was a false allegation but, as you know, I hate diverting the spotlight away from the way police behave. True or false doesn't matter; it's how it is handled that is killing people.

A extremity sympathetic young detective questioned me in hospital going to great lengths to point out the seriousness of the crimes.

But I was like many true victims..mostly blamed myself for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Compensation? Never ever mentioned and never applied for.

Perhaps if it was Surrey Police they would have rambled on about the £££s to be had and arrested the wrong persons anyway.
