that the "infamous" Andrew photo is a fake.

One reason being I have never seen a Royal photographed like that either formally or informally in such an "intimate" setting.

These are not stupid people. They know photos can end up in the tabloids. Dancing in a nightclub with a friend is one thing..being in a house & photographed with a woman you know is a hooker (by her own testimony & even she was trafficked) is another.

## Correct me if I'm wrong and point me to one !!. For Crying out loud..look at the Royals among themselves and they are "stand offish". Perhaps a husband and wife holding hands, cuddling..but with complete strangers?.

They all come across (except maybe Willem & Harry with Diana's influence) as very untactile.

## They don't pose, they do not take directions from photographers..they will have photos taken with officials etc but it's very..take the pics while you can but give no directions.( can you imagine the 1000s they are snapped with ?). There is no "Hello Sit look this way please" or "a little bit closer sir..maybe your arm around my masseuse and research assistant"

Now when photos are republished as this one has been they can look different all the time but the more I look at this picture...I see 3 different photos melded together and always..the arms..they just don;t look right. The lack of shadows etc.

### I can envisage this photo being pieced together to create an impression but something that was never intended to be used in a court case. And it's done it's job. This complainant of course has a public relations expert apart from lawyers.

I've lost count how many fake SJS photos there are out there. Even ones who say it's them with him and it's someone else's photo! Alas it didn't matter, nobody cared.

If Lady Victoria Hervey's claims about the photo are being in any way endorsed/encouraged behind the scenes by Prince Andrew's side (in the interview she declines to say whether she has been in touch with Prince Andrew himself but does say she has had contact with his team), I think it makes them look a bit desperate and suggests that there may have been more to the photo than just a casual and easily forgotten snap with someone Prince Andrew had nothing more to do with, that it actually pointed to something further.

One of the comments under that Sharon Churcher article points out something I hadn't noticed in the photo before. The window is open. The commentator also notices that they're dressed for summer, which certainly aligns with how Maxwell and Giuffre were dressed for the party in St Tropez in May. Since it's dark outside the window, it would have been even colder than during the day, around 9 degrees according to the forecast below.

When I posted this video before (uploaded to YouTube in 2013 without reference to the Prince Andrew case), I didn't realise it was actually the weather forecast for the day in question ("Roberts has said that they partied at Tramp nightclub in London on 10 March 2001, before going back to Maxwell’s Belgravia house where she claims she had sex with Andrew." Guardian).

I've always thought that the photo is yet another genuine snap of people who did know each other. I'd guess briefly. And it certainly looks as though the hand has been photoshopped in. In order to make it look more intimate than it was. Any celebrity, let alone Royal, will have had thousands of snaps taken like this. If, however, the hand HAS been photoshopped in (badly; nobody's arm except Spiderman, has limbs that long) it implies a desire for deception, possibly caused by financial motives and cash greed.

You just don't dress like that if you are going to dance in tramps and have it off with a prince.


And you most certainly don't pay girls huge amounts of money to be prostitutes and have them turn up in jeans, scruffy top, and no make up or hair-do.

There is one other exception.

I couldn't bring myself to read Churcher's piece as she basically schooled the accuser into claiming famous names and mentioned Alan Dershowitz who Giuffre said she didn't know.

There is a photo I can't find..of Andrew and accuser edited out of the pic with just Maxwell which suddenly looks very real 7 like an original pic but especially the straight lines of a door frame..covered in the Andrew pic..which my photographer pal tells me is the most difficult thing to edit..a straight line.

He regulatory air-brushes & photo-shops pics for magazines like Vogue and like me is convinced it's a good, but not good enough photo shopped pic.

Personally..I reckon there is a long game being played here and believe the accuser will fall at some stage.

I repeat again about my pal who was Charles valet for many years but was fired when he married Diana for being snapped a couple of times too drunk...and was the very first to sell an inside Royal's tale in the USA for $1M and regretted it within months.

It brought him nothing but grief as he claimed "I crossed the most powerful establishment & Secret Services in the world..not the Royals but those behind them. They are unforgiving and treat revenge as a dish best served cold..my life is a living hell& they will have their revenge". He swears it's why he got the cancer which killed him.

But in the photo of Maxwell alone the right-hand line (her right) of her jumper looks strange to me, as if it has been badly edited, and I've seen comments pointing out that her right hand has disappeared, as has the picture on the wall. Strangely, there's a door frame in the photo with Maxwell alone whereas only a bit of door frame is visible at the bottom right in the photo with all three of them. Could that be the "photograph of a photograph of a photograph" effect?

You’d think that the DM, with their heavy picture content and regular ‘Spot the Panda’ feature would recognise a fake instantly.
