TOPIC: Prince Andrew settlement

Prince Andrew settlement 3 Years, 5 Months ago
As expected; the False Accuser happily banks millions to go away. Opens the door to millions of false claims against wealthy people, in America at least. Until they change the law and insist on evidence against claims, expect the growth crime of the century to grow even more. Until they start to prosecute people like Giuffre, as they did Carl Beech and Jemma Beale, it will get bigger and bigger. Sometimes with police and lawyers assisting and supporting criminals.

Giuffre - money from Epstein, Maxwell and Andrew

Who will be next? Prime or Netflix probably

Then there's the book - with tours and TV shows

Right or wrong, this lady has a lucrative career ahead

I just wonder what/who is coming next for him? If he has led the life we are led to believe he has (not a criticism just an observation) surely more will emerge now in search of a pay day...

The Yazidi girls and women enslaved and brutalised by Islamic State must be so proud that a fellow forced, scared and abused sex slave has championed their cause by suing Prince Andrew for megabucks. "We too got souvenir photos for our moms of ourselves embracing our abusers and grinning from ear to ear", they cry. Never.

Wonder how much of her winnings Giuffre will be donating to the likes of them.

It wouldn't surprise me if her "charity", like Archewell Foundation, is registered in Delaware?

I was in a pub in Hampshire today, it was the bar chat. Some one said 'nice work if you can get it'. Giuffre, will be having be having interviews on all the FTA channels for an *Exclusive* special.

I have no idea why Andrew paid up. It's not his money nor his mummy's money it's the poor, fucking taxpayers money ! So of course Andrew does not care either way. He can jet set to another country or island with his millions.

Why do people pay up why not challenge your reputation in a court of law ? If you're an innocent but jailed then challenge it, just like JK did.

Netflix and Prime are cesspits; then again so is the media and news.

I am glad I don't follow celebrity news.

Lots of people on TV saying "this is great for victims". Yes, as long as the False Allegations Industry does not exist and people do not lie (in which case, why Carl Beech, Jemma Beale etc?). Lots of people saying "where does Andrew's money come from to pay the false accuser off?". Why does it matter? Should those who (foolishly, in my opinion) pay off blackmailers, be asked where they get the pay off money? There is only ever one side carried by the media. Why? I'm no conspiracy theorist. I believe the media knows most people simply cannot see two sides to any story, so can only accept one.

I don't understand how it is supposed to be great for victims? Surely the best thing for victims is that their attackers are brought to justice and prevented from harming others?

Yes it's called 'Their Truth'. Available in all tabloids, broadsheet, news outlets and on garbage TV channels.

They are saying, Honey, this draws attention to sexual abuse and will encourage millions more victims to come forward. Remember - believe the victim.

Found this:
Prince Andrew to donate ‘substantial’ sum to Virginia Giuffre’s victims’ rights charity

Ms Giuffre, now 38, created Victims Refuse Silence, a non-profit based in Fort Lauderdale in the US in 2015.

It ‘aims to change the landscape of the war on sexual abuse and human trafficking’ and help survivors ‘break the silence associated with sexual abuse.’

The group has not been active recently – its website domain name has lapsed and it last posted on Facebook in August 2020.

I can't find the charity website (just the Facebook page www.facebook.com/victimsrefusesilence/), maybe because the domain name has lapsed, but found the "charity navigator" site below, showing that it's based in Fort Lauderdale. Mission "Not available", URL "Not available" and not scored for financial accountability ("This organization cannot be evaluated by our Encompass Rating methodology because it files Form 990-N, as allowed by the IRS for charities with less than $50,000 annual revenue. - Note: The absence of a score does not indicate a positive or negative assessment, it only indicates that we have not yet evaluated this organization.")

www.charitynavigator.org/ein/472627774

Perhaps it's more for show than anything else, to bolster her victim status.

I believe the scam artist in this particular sensation is in for a rocky time.

The Glenda Sladggs & Phil Spaces of the Meejah don't just fade away and will Turn on Sixpence as is their wont.

For Andrew..it's over. Not a very interesting person and you can imagine the enormous relief of never having to shake hands with dozens of town councilors and boring witless civilians again. What joy.

For the accuser..now that idiots like Nazir Afzal who just had to put their two-penneths worth in with an absolute false claim that she was "donating it all to charity"..thus he has now given the Meejah a new Good Story.

Only a matter of time before we begin to see paparazzi photos of said claimant's fabulous new mansion in sunny Perth and her new $100K four wheel drive and her charity records are looked at.

I said at the time of the Captain Tom madness.."somethings just not quite right about all this" and thus it came to pass.

The Curse of The Savile and the newer Charity Curse of Captain Tom will come in good time.

Things certainly seem to be going her way rather than Prince Andrew's at the moment.

Exclusive: Prince Andrew agrees not to repeat his denial that he raped Virginia Giuffre

Prince Andrew 'can never again deny he raped Virginia Giuffre', reports say

PRINCE Andrew can never repeat his denial that he raped Virginia Giuffre when she was a minor, according to reports.

The settlement the two have reached bringing an end to the civil lawsuit against the Duke also barrs him from ever claiming he had never met Giuffre, according to The Telegraph.

A gagging clause also means neither side can discuss the financial settlement, which reportedly stands at £12 million – £10m for Giuffre and £2m for her sex-trafficking charity.

However, Giuffre’s silence on the case is reportedly only temporary, supposedly only lasting as long as the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Oh how interesting. I wonder if registering it there is the same as Delaware, where you can take ninety-five percent of the charity money.

I'd have thought it easier to do it in Australia, unless there is a good reason?

Oh the grand old Duke of York, he found £12 million quid, then gave it away to a woman, against whom nothing he did....

I've just had a quick look at Virginia Giuffre's Twitter page and it says at the top "Founder of Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR) non-profit aimed at educating & advocating for victims of trafficking" with a link to a website www.speakoutactreclaim.org/

It says the following on the "About" part of the website:

SOAR (formerly Victims Refuse Silence) incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2015. But the work truly took shape when founder Virginia Giuffre underwent her own personal transformation from victim to survivor.

Giuffre is perhaps the most prominent survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes, but he was not her first abuser. By the time she met Epstein, when she was 16, Giuffre had already been sexually trafficked by another man. It would take her more than two years to escape Epstein after meeting her now husband, Robert.

Upon becoming a mother, Giuffre resolved to take action, reclaiming her own story so that subsequent generations would not have to endure what she had. Giuffre has relentlessly named and testified against her abusers, engaged with media, and served as an advocate for anti-trafficking measures. Her candor and determination have inspired survivors from across the globe to share their own stories and seek support.

Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR) officially launched in November of 2021. At this early stage, we are not yet accepting donations.
