Such "loan" payable after his death, from his estate. Privacy guaranteed (so don't expect any revelations). Mainly people well aware of the False Allegations Industry. Crowd funding for the famous is very discreet. And untouchable (as the media knows). Gullibles, however, will believe the better story.

spot on JK and social media is fulminating that "there must be an investigation to see if public money was used" of course repeated by..the Daily Mail.

Not only would Andrew have no access to "public money" where the funds came from is no-one's business.
