I blame social media.

It was something we never envisaged..we who worked in the old style media of newspapers, magazines etc.

The old media was nasty but not particularly revengeful

Now social media is out of control. One example is how AQNON has literally convinced millions of Americans and people around the world of the "pedophile cartel that runs the planet on a diet of andeochrome".

## The Daily Mail has a team of young hacks surfing the net for tales and they're bloody good at it. Truth is incidental .

The established media now plays catch-up with a new angle: those who they can praise to the hilt..are also now available to be ripped to shreds as soon as the chink in the amour can be found.

And once the teeth sink in they are like a rabid dog as every morsel is ruthlessly ripped to shreds and new angles found daily to plunge the knife in even further.

So many examples in recent history..Max Clifford, Rolf Harris, Jimmy Savile etc..all seemingly untouchable until they were. All aiding charities.

It's why I'm on record (at the local pub ) as saying all those involved in the Andrew /Guiffre affair will be fair game

There is still meat on the Andrew bones..but he's fairly uninteresting but age 62 he now gets to enjoy a luxurious retirement. He will have all his old friends ..there will be the occasional tale about his new digs etc etc..

But the other side to this story...there is much, much more to come.

I had no idea why he was raising funds for the NHS ? It's funded by tax and many millions if not billions of pounds is wasted every year.

My phone only receives and makes calls. It's all I need and I charge once a fortnight if it needs it or not. Most of the time it's in the glove box.

I wonder if Lady Victoria Hervey will be sued for calling Giuffre a scam artist. Apparently her lawsuit against Alan Dershowitz is still pending.

The greatest scam was privatizing sections of the NHS.

I have a long time nurse pal and she now has to work for a private sector health unit attached to the NHS..Terrified of that zero hours contract as a single mother.

I love Australia's Medicare..based on the NHS and funded by a small weekly tax.insignificant tax but with 26 million paying it each week the $Billions add up.

Not one politician dares to fiddle with or it's electoral suicide. Both "left" and "right" compete to who will fund it the best and so we get world class hospitals, nurses and doctors from all the world (saved my life twice).

Libel seems to take a long time int he USA, far longer than the UK. Civil cases can be strung out for years, a fact the anti-Andrew mob ignore. Death by 1000 cuts.

I think Victoria's comments are well planned and deliberate. She's sewing seeds of doubt and it began right as a settlement was obviously being discussed.

Most media now seem to settle on a £12M payout but I reckon at least half of that will go to Guiffre's lawyers, publicist etc. (maybe even more).

Still she's getting a pretty nice sum for a former hand relief masseuse (Epstein seems to have had a rampant sexuality).

But her charity..the spotlight will be eventually on that. I predict she will hold seminars and give speeches about "victim hood" and "survivors".

## Australia's ghastly 60 Minutes, famed for their 'Spies, Lords & Predators'which has been thoroughly debunked with one "witness" now being sued by a UK politician for libel & the "Australian High Commission chauffeur" who claimed he picked up dignitaries or children every week to drive to "pedophile parties" exposed as a dill who worked as a relief driver for 2 days only...has Guiffre and the entire Epstein affair tonight with the "expert" witness who produced some ludicrous tale about Andrew's teddy bears and was convicted as a fraudster for ripping of dozens of other police guards at Buck House. I'll watch with interest.

The obssessive 'The NHS are all saints' attitude is actually stopping it from improving. Yes, there are some great people, and they're all pushed to the front when the ministers go on their tours, but there are also far, far too many badly trained people who often behave quite disgracefully, especially to the elderly patients.

Unlike, say, the police (who no doubt have some excellent people among their ranks, too), no one in the media wants to criticise the NHS, so the focus is all on funding. But there needs root and branch reform. A wholesale change in training and monitoring.

As for the Captain Tom 'thing,' I was never captivated by his instant myth.The guy had gone on Blankety Blank, for god's sake, he'd been craving a bit of the limelight for decades, good for him if you like that sort of nonsense, but turning his 'turn' into some amazing act of saintliness seemed to come more from the boredom of lockdown than from the reality of the matter.

It's a sign of how easily and quickly everyone moved on from Tom that his family were left pretty much free to turn the charity into the dubious thing that it's become.

Captain Tom, probably had contacts in the media and no doubt his daughter knows the right people. Care for the elderly is a disgrace in the West even USA want the old gone in care.

I am sure old Tom was bored during the first lockdown and probably wanted to have a walk and saw an oppertunity for publicity. Lockdown was social-engneering at it's finest.


I know people who didn't clap on their doorsteps and were sneered and yelled at by their neighbours again a firm "fuck off" put them in their place.


There is still 2 years people lost of their lives which would of been used on holidays, seeing friends and families abroad, gigs, social stuff and work.
