Does it mean Judges have sussed the False Allegations exploding industry (did the woman make up the "warrant card" evidence after reading about Wayne Couzens in the media?). Or has a rapist cop got off on a technicality? I suspect the answer - as often - lies between the two.

It could be all sorts of things, and I will assume total innocence and nothing in the middle.

I suspect that a lot of cases will be swiftly dropped when they demand to see the accuser's phone.

For instance, I would be forced to drop the case if it meant that my very private conversations were being trawled through.

Not that I want anyone to miss the chance to fully defend themselves, but I can see why some might back out.
