I've said before - there is nothing wrong with granting titles to people in order to make the country lots of money. I also think sanctions are stupid, doing far more damage to us than to them (example - surely Russia will now create a MacDonaldsVIC chain selling cheaper and better fast food). Diplomacy and sense seem to have disappeared. To be replaced by believing media hype and not using common sense or investigating in depth.
