TOPIC: Fat people
#220196
Fat people 3 Years, 3 Months ago
Looking at fellow sunbathers by the pool in Marrakech over the past month I was horrified by how many now carry vast swathes of fat. Due almost entirely, I suspect, to the media hype of Covid; people sitting at home, eating crap, drinking crap, not exercising. When I turn on my TV I see, again and again, huge sagging chins and dead eyes as overweight interviewees try to cope with clogged arteries and fogged brains. This never happened (in my memory) when Flu struck, even before vaccines. I bet many more will die from obesity in the next few years - many caused by media hype of Covid (NOT Covid itself). Thank heavens very few could waddle into the pool; when the few did, the splash was frightening, sending waves towards the loungers who squealed in horror, unable to move.

Dumbells and resistance bands are cheap as chips. 45 mins to 60 mind workout works wonders.

TV presenters always look fake and fake as shit. Start with plastic faces. Fake teeth, hair, breasts, smiles, laughter and personalities.

I am no muscle man and far, far from it. However I always wear a shirt on the beach.

I did eat conveniently and a lot of pub meals, which I got from work. When I started to get pains in my chest, clothes were getting tight and aches in my joints. That was my wake up call.

Why do you wear a shirt on the beach? Never mind what other people think. If they don't like it they can jolly well look somewhere else.

You should be more horrified by smokers.(and probably, just going by their grey faces and whinging apathetic natures, drug-takers)

I always been body conscious. Over the decades I have put on weight and shredded it, then put more and lose it again. It has caused lot cellulite, stretch marks on my upper arms and belly.

When I saw my family for get reunions they used to feed me like I was a poor child in Africa in extreme poverty.

Not forgetting tons of food boxes I used to get when I was living abroad. My grandmother didn't think USA had chocolate bars, fudge and crisps.

Before covid my local still had bar peanuts where you helped your self. Never did me any harm.

Anyone who is bothered by a bit of fat or wrinkles on somebody else has a lot more problems than you do, GM. Bugger them!
