This guy but I have to say as society we have really lost the plot. You CANNOT jail someone for NOT DOING SOMETHING!!! Not even a real person; it used to be called entrapment.

Why can't someone like this be put on a formal warning system before being given a criminal record? I.e anything like this again and you will go down for 5 years? Or if he must get a criminal records a Suspended Sentence Order? I bet for 99.99% of people this would be enough to deter. How's justice served when the girl wasn't real and no harm was done? Justice for what? For who?
