Simplicity again. Tax the oil companies! 7 billion profit? Grab 3 Billion of that in a "windfall" tax. Of course BP or Shell would happily pay that and simply deduct 3 billion from their planned investment in renewables and in finding British (not Russian) gas and oil. Simples. Obvious. But stupid Labour and LibDems and stupid gullible who fall for the stupid simplicity of it cannot think in even the tiniest depth. DOH!
