When longtime celebrity and artist Rolf Harris was found guilty in 2014 of twelve counts of non-recent sexual assault, many felt the verdicts were deeply flawed. Especially as he had conducted an adult relationship over a decade with one complainant, who had then brought seven of the charges.

And, there was no record of Rolf ever having been at the location of one alleged assault on a seven-year old girl whom he had never even met!

For his second and 3rd trials, Rolf’s family hired a private firm headed by William Merritt to fully investigate the seven new allegations, and the information they gathered enabled Rolf’s final acquittal. (Barely noted by mainstream media pawns of the 'False Allegations Industry', 'Me Too Compensation Culture' and powered by corrupt careers police with their Crown Prosecution populist puppet-masters).

Merritt’s team also achieved the overturning of the non-recent charge involving a seven-year old from the 1st trial, on the grounds that Rolf had never visited the community centre where the alleged assault had supposedly occurred, or had even met the complainant; still not prosecuted for her false allegations wasting police time.

Vital details which corrupt police failed to find for themselves, and more importantly for their paymasters the British public!

In his book Merritt describes the work of his team finding the facts which the false-complainants and corrupt police criminally tried to conceal, and also raises serious points regarding the still-extant verdicts against Rolf from the first trial.

Merritt shows that vastly expensive 'Operation Yewtree' overall did not conduct thorough and unbiased investigations of complainants’ stories in most if not all cases and instead focused on anything which might incriminate defendants including Rolf Harris while dismissing much testimony which could, and finally did, acquit him.

Merritt also examines the (most likely monetary) motives of people who act as 'witnesses', and gives a powerful case for the use of private investigators by a defence team to obtain vital information that might otherwise remain hidden by those paid by the public to reveal!

This book should be read by all concerned for true victims grossly neglected by unjust witch hunts against Rolf Harris and far too many similar retrospective UK cases in the past 40 years. Since the 1980s fake Satanic panics prompted corrupt police proactive trawling; plus, the proper administration of the failing UK justice system in general.

When police arrested Dr Fox, my friends and I knew they got the wrong man. We used to go to Pepsi Roadshows quite a lot back in the day. Dr Fox always had his wife/girlfriend with him at all times or his entourage.

Dr Fox could be cheerful or a complete grumpy git to his fans - which was always funny to see.

When I remember most of Pepsi Roadshow was the tat they gave away, the free CD's/tapes were good but the rest was only fit for the bin. I am not going to put Dr Fox signed photo on my fridge or show off a Capital Radio keychain, The Pepsi cassette players were flimsy just like Operation Yewtree.

Well said, Truthseeker.

I doubt that she'd be prosecuted even if she was still alive.

Rolf Harris's youngest alleged victim who he 'groped at a children's disco when she was just seven' dies from a brain aneurysm aged 57

Still referred to as Rolf Harris's "youngest victim" or "youngest alleged victim" in headlines about her death (Google: Rolf Harris Wendy dead) even though the conviction in relation to her allegations had been overturned.

Lest we, so easily distracted by ongoing fake-media shallow drivel as always, forget?

In October 2012, when decades of ongoing UK fake-media-lead moral panics and moneytised 'False Memory' mind-games, over alleged sex crimes with no evidence from years earlier. By now ageing public figures and many others, the Metropolitan Police, using the code name 'Operation Yewtree' falsely adopted their prejudicial mantras 'You will be believed' plus, 'Credible and true'.

While corruptly, as ever, failing to publicise what they routinely said in private interviews, "YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERABLE COMPENSATION PAYMENTS!"

Hundreds of women, and some men like proven-liar Carl Beech now serving 18 years, emerged with false allegations that resulted in household names and others facing life trashing enquiries and prosecutions.

Morphed into the now familiar persecutory 'Witch Hunts' for populist convictions over fair justice at all costs.

Check just some of the many living (or conveniently dead) true victims of the 'False Allegations Industry'/'Me Too Compensation Culture'.

Rolf Harris, Jonathan King, Edward Heath, Paul Gambaccini, Jimmy Savile, Cliff Richard, Freddie Starr, Lord Brammall, Harvey Proctor, Lord Janner, Jim Davidson, Prince Andrew, et al...

fascinating.

I think the naive Rolf had a shockingly strict judge who allowed discrepancies about dates to stand.

I met him once and he shook my hand warmly and held my elbow as he listened intently and politely to whatever rubbish I was saying.

I thought at the time he's tactile which I'm not. People can mistake that for "lingering hands" and get the wrong impression.

I always note it on people as the problem is my reserve..not theirs.
