Always a brilliant film currently on BBC1 - of course Judi Dench is wonderful as usual but Steve Coogan is absolutely sensational - one of his best ever, I think. He's become a national treasure.

It is a miserable and depressing film. I suppose it cant be helped, if it is factual, but I never want to see it again.

Ireland was like that sadly. Nuns and priests are actually demons in disguise. The launderettes that women were sent were hell on earth.

The vicar's are boozers and impatient fools. I love being an atheist.
