She is definitely an enabler for Watkins crimes. When she was in talk shows she brags about setting him up etc. There is no doubt about it she did some creepy stuff with Watkins, she is not admitting. Very possibly, but from the body language, I am pretty sure that she is lying about most of what she is saying in this clip.

I don't get people's body language, however why would you make that kinda weird stuff up ?

In my eyes she needed to be investigated so does her sister.
