I think Starmer shouldn't have dismissed re-joining the Customs Union. People didn't vote to leave the Custom's Union or know anything about it. It will still allow us to control our own immigration but resolve the stupid Northern Ireland issue.
Nice idea. However the government can't do anything about immigration due to ECHR. People are crossing across Europe to get to France and get inflatables to reach the UK. Then get picked up by Border Force along the way. Most are without any paper work. Then get allowances, free phones and nice accomadation in hotels all paid by the tax payers.
You thought after the Manchester Arena bombing the government would be tough.
They should find a route to Mexico and go up to California. consent.yahoo.com/v2/collectConsent?sess...e4-b466-2dcb373d1e99
Yes, there is such thing as the American Dream. I lived there and worked there and loved every minute of it, my daughter's are there, I made a nice social circle of friends whom I am still in touch with since the 1980's. I even met very eccentric and wonderful people in Times Square, who claimed to be Jesus or Allah. I even got chatted up by some bloke at midnight showing of Cabaret in a seedy picture house, whom wanted me to sing along with him. He didn't know I lived above the bar where I worked with a couple of mice (hence being out so late).
Jim-boy used to go around the sex shops and XXX theatre's in a Columbo style coat, dark glasses and pretend to act like an authoritative figure. The panic he caused was great fun to watch, him being so tall also made him look more realistic.
I got my first car from a bloke in a pub with bad electrical faults which buffled the mechanics, but it was nice runner and got me where I needed to go only on the warmest of days though. Even the window wipers enjoyed being on most of the time.

Manchester Arena, Borough Market, 7-7, Parson's Green etc. etc. They do come across in dingys but now they will be sent to Rwanda, at least 500 of them, which is all they have room for. Which is about 1 in every 50, so not much of a dis-incentive, not to mention the thousands it costs to send them there.

Yes but it gets headlines and votes. You are being far too generous about their intentions Robbie!
