Why not call it tax ? I bought several tickets for different shows at the same theatre. I was charged each time per show. I should I gone to the ticket office in person the fuel would of been a lot cheaper including parking. Despite being a 2 hour drive there and back.

Some of the theatres still charge booking fees if you buy them in person. I expect you are paying for the great expense of someone pressing a computer key.

I was caught out with rescheduled after the plan-demic. Some new dates clashed with dates of other gigs I was seeing and some dates I had prior engagement. I only got credit or a small refund I am still out of pocket, when I explained the manager the credit won't do because I have no longer have plans to travel to the theatre. All I got back was a take it or leave it response. I have about £200 in credit for a few theatres.

Some theatre's do give full refund minus the booking fees; even then there are not many theatre's who refund face value.

You are right Honey you are paying someone to press a few keys on a computer. I didn't know you had pay a booking in person also. It's daylight robbery ! I am sad the Essential 80s with Paul Young, T’Pau and Hue & Cry is scrapped. My partner arranged a weekend trip also. I am sad I missed Genesis but I didn't want to be further out of pocket to show that might take place, with travel and hotel costs.

Tubs missed the Genesis gig in Scotland he wasn't informed until he got to the arena. He travelled from Dartford, he couldn't make the rescheduled date either nor could it be too far to travel with more fuel costs and hotels. I can't do one night stays for if I know I am driving a long way back the next day.

Sorry you missed the show, I have no idea what it's about because I am not a sports fan.

Neither am I, but apparently you don't have to be for this. Everyone who has seen it has been raving about it. Even Everton supporters.

By the way, I am not an idiot who cant be bothered to neuter the pets. It is vet advice.

The little madam was badly injured before we got her, and she needs an op on her jaw, but as she is growing far more than expected, the situation is somewhat resolving itself, so we are to wait and see, and if jaw op is still needed she will be neutered at the same time. (she is very very tiny)
