Is it just me, or is a bit icky to announce someone's death before they are unplugged from the machines?

It does seems a tad premature, but I gather that she's "legally dead"/"brain dead", but being kept alive so that her organs can be "harvested" (also a rather disturbing expression). It's all very sad and tragic. Her Wikipedia page says that her brother died at 18 after crashing into a tree, and she thought it was suicide. I wonder if that's what she'd been trying to do, as she apparently crashed into a garage first, before speeding away and screaming down a residential street before crashing into the house. On the other hand, she apparently bought a wig shortly beforehand, so not sure if someone who was suicidal would do that, but she clearly wasn't acting logically by speeding anyway.

She had a history of mental illness Jo, she was big news mainly for her erratic behaviour, she was in the trashy magazines at supermarket checkouts a lot.
