False Allegations and Social Media 2 Years, 10 Months ago
Never under estimate the power of social media in ASSISTING defendants after false allegations kick in. Surrey Police tried to get the Judge in my 2018 trial to force me off Social Media and succeeded - one of the many things that caused her to condemn police behaviour when she threw out the case after Not Guilty verdicts, having spotted their tactics.
Because the most amazing amount of helpful evidence can emerge through social media (I had several others using it on my behalf after I was banned from it and they found a wealth of people prepared to come to court to prove the men were lying as well as swearing on oath the liars had been drug dealers at University, had deliberately changed dates etc).
A tip for those falsely accused (and do NOT wait until trial) - use Social Media and you'll be acquitted.
