For me the standout superstar of my lifetime; never, ever put a foot wrong. A wonderful lady. The moment Prince Philip died I felt we might be seeing the end of her long and devoted life.

Almost a hundred years of dedication - I remember her speech when becoming Queen; even then, apart from thinking how beautiful she was (and how handsome Philip was), I thought "this girl can be our finest Monarch ever". I think she has fulfilled that prediction.

I feel most sorry for Andrew and Meghan, both of whom have suffered from other problems, both of whom (I suspect) our Queen liked a lot.

I find it significant that both Andrew and Meghan are at Balmoral; both, I'm sure, requested by The Queen; my suspicion is that she feels it may be hours, days or even weeks but she'd like to speak to her loved ones before she goes (my Mum did the same in hospital; we all visited in the middle of the night at her request). This would be absolutely typical - making sure her legacy is correct and the future of her beloved country in safe hands, right across the board (especially Andrew and Meghan). She would want the world to see that ALL her family remain loved and supported. What a lady.

Can't really add anything other than - it feels different somehow now doesn't it? RIP.

I wish Charles all the best with it; but don't feel confident about the institution now...

No. Meghan was not at Balmoral and Harry arrived long after the death was announced.

Sadly, when a family member is in the grip of addiction, abuse, or mental illness,(etc) you have to strike the balance between carrying on loving them with all your might, and protecting yourself and the rest of the family from harm.

Only Charles and Anne were at the Queen's bedside when she died, so it is unfair to highlight Harry for missing his Grandmother's death, as so Did William, Andrew, and Edward. Kate also wasn't at Balmoral, this was a time for blood relatives only
