So what happens if Putin decides (insanity) to go nuclear?
I would suggest Paddington Bear - oops Zelenskyyyyyy - would immediately purchase nuclear weapons from countries that have them (since NOBODY wants a World War). and bombs main cities in Russia.
Escalation, it's called.
Otherwise known as madness.

I think it all comes down to two questions. First, is Putin a rational agent? If he is, it won't escalate to nuclear disaster.
