My letter to the Times a week ago - ignored, as expected. 2 Years, 9 Months ago
13/9/2022

May I express my disgust that the “Paper of Record” has fallen into the same media hype and lies as the rest of our benighted industry?
Prince Andrew is NOT “disgraced” (p6 Sept 13th).
He is the victim of the fast growing False Allegations Industry. Never arrested, prosecuted or convicted of anything. And never even accused of having broken British law.
He not only “consistently denies” the civil claims; they have been withdrawn.
He must, like many others, be presumed innocent until, unless and sometimes even after a trial in a court of law.
Just because the media considers it a great story, fiction should never be reported or printed as fact.
Worst of all is that The Times will probably never print this letter. That’s what I call “disgraceful”.

JK is innocent, Prince Andrew is innocent, JS is innocent, and RH too.

All among the fake media made worst of far too many UK miscarriages of justice for money, aka the FAI/'False Allegations Industry' that the self same fake media daren't now touch.

An ex-Surrey dodgy cop turned fake media whore, proactively trawled for huge hearsay and unproven claims from massed 'MeToo' freeloaders.

Resulting in national treasure Jimmy Savile, conveniently deceased. No hearing, No trial, No jury, No judge, No justice, Much money, Fake media - GUILTY?

Plus, a new expose of the FAI: "Rolf Harris: The Truth Behind The Trials" by William Merrit, the Defence Team’s Special Investigator reveals the Truth behind the Trials of Rolf Harris.

In October 2012, at a time of nascent moral panic over sex crimes allegedly committed years ago by now ageing public figures, the Metropolitan Police – using the code name Operation Yewtree – adopted the mantra 'You will be believed'. Hundreds of people, mainly women, came forward with allegations that resulted in household names facing prosecution. Rolf Harris was one of the many who were accused. This is the story of what really happened to Rolf Harris, told from the perspective of the private investigator who, along with his dedicated team, exposed flaws in the police investigation and uncovered evidence that in no small way contributed to Rolf's acquittals at the second and third trials.

Reviewed by John Marsh, author of 30 books, "Not only shows Rolf Harris was wrongly convicted but highlights many different things about historic sexual abuse trials in regards to reliable evidence and how a jury like the public in general is persuaded by emotion rather than evidence."
