I'm coming to the conclusion that one has now to read primary sources to understand and form an opinion on anything. It is impossible to know what to rely on. Which means being an expert in many fields, which we can never be. We are moving towards a state of ignorance about reality. The potential for wholesale manipulation is unsettling.
